PaperMedia (operated by PaperGang Media LLC) does not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to streaming numbers, playlist placements, press coverage, follower growth, revenue, or chart performance. All campaign results vary based on artist quality, market conditions, audience reception, and platform algorithm changes beyond our control.

No Refund Policy. All payments made to PaperMedia are non-refundable once campaign services have commenced. By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and accepts this policy in full.

Limitation of Liability. PaperMedia, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, including any loss of revenue, profit, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable service.

Intellectual Property. The client retains full ownership of their music and creative assets. By engaging PaperMedia, the client grants a limited, non-exclusive license to use their name, likeness, music, and artwork solely for the purpose of executing the agreed campaign.

Third-Party Platforms. PaperMedia operates campaigns across third-party platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). We are not responsible for any changes to third-party platform policies, algorithm updates, or removal of content by those platforms.

Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York County, NY. By engaging our services, you waive the right to participate in any class-action lawsuit against PaperMedia.
